McDonalds, as well as a number of other fast food joints have these big plastic jugs they have their new oil in. I have one in the car. I meant to check the capacity of this thing, but it has to be somewhere in the 7 or 8 gallon range. They are free for the asking. Just use some degreaser and/or soap to clean it up real good. These would be perfect for the small boat/dinghy sailer to carry water on board. And as I said, they're free.
