16’ Classic San Francisco Great Pelican This boat was built by a Lake Erie boat builder in 1991 and he sailed it only once but then took ill and passed away a few years ago. It has been in dry storage since that time and is in “as new” condition. This is not a kit boat but built from original plans.

Features: Epoxy skin over African mahogany to the water line. Cabin extended to bow for more interior room. Lead weighted centerboard (extra ballast for cruising) Head Tabernacle mast Norseman sails New (1991) Evinrude 6 H.P. long shaft motor Included with the boat is a older Spartan trailer needing tires and perhaps the wheel bearings repacked.
